Foot care is often one the most overlooked components of a patient's health.  Podiatry is an essential component of good health.  The feet and legs can suffer from poor circulation, swelling, heel pain, warts, fungus, varicose veins, and bunions.  A patient with diabetes can develop diabetic ulcers that can lead to gangrene and amputations. Our podiatry department has specialized diagnostic equipment to check for blood flow and other problems which poor circulation can lead to, including:
